All goods purchased from infinitygames.com.au will be shipped to our customers either by Australia Post or Fastway Couriers, the choice of which will be at the descretion of Infinity Games. Pick up from our store at Raymond Terrace may also be organised if this suits the customer more.FREE delivery for all items if your order total is over $30. If your order is under $30 a flat freight fee of $8 will be charged to your order.Orders will be processed within 24hours of them being received, delivery periods will vary between 7 - 14 working days. CREDIT POLICY
Any claim for short delivery, incorrect goods or price adjustment are to be made within 7 days of invoice date, via email to ordersinfinity@bigpond.com.au . All damaged goods must be advised within 7 days from the invoice date to Infinity Games who will approve your credit claim for processing. A return authorisation number (RAN) is required for all replacement products and credits. Products cannot be returned without a RAN. Items must be returned in the original packaging and condition. After the 7 day return period, Infinity reserves the right to accept or deny merchandise returns for store credit. .
